The Collie Artisanal is a grey gloss ceramic subway tile in a 65 x 200 mm format, made in Spain with a zellige look. The slightly uneven, hand-made appearance catches the light and gives walls some character, which makes it a good fit for kitchen splashbacks, bathroom and laundry walls, and feature panels.

Laying notes
The zellige-style surface has subtle variation from tile to tile, so it pays to dry-lay a section first and mix from a few boxes as you go. This keeps the shading even across the wall. A classic brick or half-offset bond suits the elongated shape, and a contrasting grout will pick out each tile if you want the pattern to read clearly.
