Appointment questions
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No — you're very welcome to drop in and browse any time we're open (Mon–Fri 9am–4pm, Sat 9am–12pm). Booking an appointment simply means a consultant is set aside to look after you for the whole visit, with your tiles pulled out and ready. Saturday visits just need to be booked in advance (by Friday) so we can roster the team for you.
How long does an appointment take?
Most visits run about an hour. Bring plans, dimensions and any inspiration photos and we can work out quantities and a quote while you're here.
Can I take samples home?
Yes — and when you visit the showroom, samples are free of charge. (Samples ordered online for delivery are 5 for $15, credited back on your tile order.)
Where do I park?
Street parking is available on Wellington St and surrounding streets in Waterloo. Green Square station is a 10-minute walk.
I'm not in Sydney — can you still help?
Yes. Choose a phone or video consultation when you book. We'll talk through your project, recommend tiles and post samples anywhere in Australia.
