This website is operated by RR&NC Pty Limited trading as Tile Touch. Tile Touch means RR&NC Pty Limited trading as Tile Touch. Throughout this website, the terms ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ refer to Tile Touch.

Your Obligations

You hereby accept the following obligations:

  • To not copy or translate for commercial use, reproduce, adapt, vary or modify any material in the website without the express consent of Tile Touch.
  • To ensure your employees, subcontractors and other agents (if any) who have authorised access to the website is made aware of the terms and conditions of this licence.

Our Terms 

Any new features which are added to the entirety of our website shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. Tile Touch reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason deemed satisfactory at the complete discretion of Tile Touch. You understand that the information provided (excluding credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and/or changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. N.B. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Online Store

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Tile Touch prohibits the use of our products and services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.


We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. It is your obligation as the purchaser to use your own discretion regarding whether a product you are purchasing is fit for its intended application.  The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting an industry professional. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. You agree that it is solely within your responsibilities to obtain the necessary advice from an industry professional qualified to provide the type of advice required for you to make your decisions prior to the purchasing of our products. 


Prices for our products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by suppliers, resellers or distributors.

You agree that by completing an order on the Tile Touch website, you are subject to the conditions of our Return Policy, regardless of the time of order. 

You agree that the account information provided on our website is a true identification of the user placing the order and that all details provided are in correlation to the information held by the law of which the user is governed by.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (i.e our Visualiser Tool by Roomvo). Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

Errors and Inaccuracies 

Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains errors and inaccuracies to any degree which may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. The purchaser agrees that we will not be held liable for claims relating to any errors or inaccuracies prior/ post order. 


Tile Touch offers a 10 Year Warranty entirely subject to the conditions stated within the Warranty Document. This document may be supplied to the purchaser after a product is purchased from our website. 


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tile Touch, our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the state of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Ordering and Storage of our Products

Fixing a product constitutes acceptance of the product and these conditions. All tiles must be checked on receipt of delivery/ collection. The act of laying means the material is accepted for shade, quality, type and size. No claims will be accepted once tiles have been fixed.

Shade variation is an inherent characteristic of Ceramic and Porcelain tiles. The sample you receive is to be viewed as indicative only with expectation of reasonable shade variation. 

All tiles must be laid in accordance with recognised industry standards. It is the fixer’s responsibility to lay the material under control of the client or the client’s industry professional (i.e. builder). We give no guarantees other than those extended by the Manufacturer. No responsibility can be accepted for crazing, cracking or chipping of tiles. 

The Purchaser assumes all responsibility for ordering the correct quantity of goods and Tile Touch shall in no way be responsible for any loss the Purchaser may suffer due to the ordering of an incorrect quantity of goods. Although every effort will be made to provide the exact product for subsequent re-orders, the same batch/shade of tiles and prices cannot be guaranteed.

No responsibility can be accepted for delays in delivery occasioned by our supplier, wharf holdups or for other reasons outside our control. Tile Touch shall not be liable in any respect for advice provided herein regarding fixing, grouting, sealing, cleaning or maintenance.

To the extent permitted by the Competition and Consumer Act and our Returns Policy, Tile Touch’s responsibility is limited to the replacement of materials

Although every effort will be made to assist, Tile Touch shall not be liable for any damage or breakage whatsoever occurring after delivery or for any loss incurred by the Purchaser.

Claims arising from transit damage must be notified to us within 2 (two) days of receiving the goods.

B. Storage and Delivery of Tiles

Tile Touch will use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods to the customer on the estimated delivery date during Tile Touch’s normal business hours of 9:00am-5pm Monday to Friday, however will not be responsible for any delay due to causes beyond its control, including (but not limited to) its manufacturing, shipping or freight delays. For goods damaged in transit or delivery we require photographic evidence before we can commence replacing the damaged goods.

All orders are booked in with a third part freight company. Once your tiles have been dispatched, outlining your estimated delivery date, you will be notified. You will need to be on site to receive your order on the day of delivery. If the nominated delivery company attempts to deliver your tiles and you are not available to receive them, you will be invoiced by Tile Touch for any costs associated with the re-delivery of your tiles at a later date. Tile Touch reserves the right to request the hold off of any re-delivery until associated delivery fees are paid for by the purchaser.
