  3. Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and handling returns.
  4. Exchange Only: We only accept returns for exchange orders, providing you with the opportunity to choose an alternative product that better suits your needs.
  5. Sample Service: We strongly encourage all customers to take advantage of our sample service before placing an order. This allows you to assess the product firsthand and ensure it meets your expectations.

Can I Return Part of My Order?

Unfortunately, partial returns are not available. All exchange returns must include the total quantity originally ordered. We recommend consulting with your tradesperson to determine the appropriate order quantity and consider any potential wastage requirements.
