Tapp Sage 60x246mm Spanish Subway Tile

Tapp Sage is a 60 x 246 mm Spanish porcelain subway tile in a soft sage green with a matte finish. The slim brick shape works on walls and floors, so it suits bathrooms, kitchens and feature walls where you want a calm, muted colour.

Where it works

With a P3 slip rating and 8.5 mm porcelain body, this tile is rated for bathroom floors, kitchen floors and commercial floors as well as walls. That flexibility lets you run the same tile up a splashback and across the floor for a consistent look, or use it on a single feature wall.

Laying and grout

The long subway format lends itself to classic brick-bond or a vertical stack, depending on the feel you're after. Grout colour makes a real difference with green tiles: a matching tone keeps things quiet, while a contrasting grout picks out the brick lines. It's a good idea to seal the grout in wet areas.
