Regia 25 Gold 25 x 25 mm Japanese Mosaic Tile

Regia 25 Gold is a Japanese porcelain mosaic made up of 25 x 25 mm squares in a warm metallic gold. The small format and reflective finish make it a feature tile, well suited to a splashback, a shower wall or a run of colour behind a vanity.

What it is

Each piece measures 25 x 25 mm and the tile is 8 mm thick. The porcelain body carries a metallic gold glaze, so the surface catches the light and shifts a little as you move past it. Used across a wall it reads as a dense field of tiny gold squares; used in a band or border it draws the eye without taking over.

A practical note

With mosaics this small there are a lot of grout joints, so your grout colour does real work here. A tone close to the gold keeps the look soft, while a darker grout picks out the grid. Ask us in the Waterloo showroom if you'd like to see it in person.
