Passo 33 is a blue gloss porcelain mosaic from Japan, made up of small 24.8 x 24.8 mm square chips set on 300 x 300 mm sheets. The glossy blue glaze catches light, so it suits kitchen splashbacks, bathroom feature walls and pool or wet-area detailing where you want a bit of colour and shine.

Laying notes
Because the tile arrives on mesh-backed sheets, you set it a sheet at a time and let the grout lines between sheets line up with the gaps between chips. This keeps the spacing even across a whole wall. A grout colour close to the blue will let the mosaic read as one surface, while a contrasting grout picks out each square.
