Osaka White Speckle Japanese Hand Glazed Large Finger Mosaics 45x195mm

Osaka White Speckle is a Japanese hand-glazed finger mosaic in porcelain, with each 45 x 195 mm piece set on a 250 x 400 mm sheet. The white gloss finish carries a subtle speckle from the hand-glazing, so no two tiles look exactly alike. It suits indoor walls, bathroom walls and outdoor walls.

Where it works

The elongated finger shape makes a good splashback behind a kitchen bench or vanity, and it lines a shower wall or feature wall neatly. Because it is rated for outdoor walls too, you can carry the same look from an indoor room out to a covered courtyard or alfresco wall.

Laying and finishing

The tiles come sheet-mounted, which keeps the finger spacing even and speeds up setting out. You can lay them in a straight stack or offset them like brickwork, depending on the effect you want. At 8 mm thick they are a wall tile, so plan them for vertical surfaces rather than floors.
