Where it suits

White is easy to build a scheme around, so these mosaics sit comfortably with timber, brass, black tapware or coloured cabinetry. The gloss finish reflects light, which helps smaller rooms feel more open. Use them across a whole wall or as a band to break up larger format tiles.

A practical note

Mosaics come on sheets, which makes them quicker to lay around curves and tight corners than individual tiles. Take care to keep the sheets aligned as you go so the grout lines stay even. A white or light grey grout keeps the look clean; a darker grout will pick out the grid if you want more contrast.
