The Rimtou Deep Blue is a 65 x 200 mm ceramic subway tile in a matt finish, made in Spain. Its deep blue colour and Moroccan look make it a good choice for bathroom walls and feature walls where you want some depth without a high shine.
Where it works
This tile is made for internal walls. Use it across a full bathroom wall, behind a vanity or basin, or as a feature wall in a living or dining space. The elongated brick shape gives you plenty of layout options.
Laying options
At 8 mm thick and in the classic subway shape, it takes well to a standard half-offset brick bond or a straight stack. A vertical layout can add height to a smaller room.
A practical note
The matt surface plays down water spots and fingerprints, which helps in a busy bathroom. A contrasting grout will pick out each tile, while a tone close to the blue keeps the wall looking more like a single field.
