The Lyons Pure White is a 100 x 300 mm ceramic wall tile in a plain white with a soft matt finish. It is a simple, clean-lined tile that suits kitchen splashbacks, bathroom walls, laundries and powder rooms.
Where it works
White is easy to build a room around, so this tile pairs with almost any cabinetry, benchtop or fixture colour. The 100 x 300 mm format has that classic brick shape, which reads well laid in a straight stack, a running bond (brick) offset or a herringbone pattern.
A note on the finish
The matt surface has a gentle, non-glossy look that hides fingerprints and water spotting better than a high-gloss tile, which is handy behind a stove or basin.
Grout tip
A white or off-white grout keeps the wall looking calm and continuous, while a darker grey grout picks out each brick if you want the pattern to stand out.
