The Collie Artisanal White Gloss Subway Tile is a classic 65 x 200 mm ceramic brick with a glossy white finish. It suits kitchen splashbacks, bathroom walls and laundry surrounds, anywhere you want a clean, reflective white wall that works with most cabinetry and joinery.
Size and finish
Each tile measures 65 x 200 mm and is 10 mm thick, so it has a bit of weight and body to it. The gloss glaze bounces light around, which helps smaller rooms feel brighter, and the white colour keeps things simple to match.
Laying and grout
Subway tiles like these are usually laid in a half-brick offset, though a stacked or herringbone layout works too if you want a different look. Your grout colour changes the whole feel: white grout keeps the wall soft and uniform, while a grey or charcoal grout outlines each brick and gives a sharper, more defined pattern.
