Who we are
Tile Touch are a family run Australian business with its head office and showroom located in Moorebank, NSW.
We saw the great level of products other online tile suppliers were offering, so we decided to offer Australia even more! Our products have been globally sourced and imported from countries including Italy, Spain, Turkey and Japan. We even have some of our very own Australian made tiles available!
Meet our team
Charbel - Director
Charbel is one of Tile Touch’s co-founders and Directors. With years of experience in the tile industry, he has worked alongside some of Australia’s leading and most inspirational names in the architecture and design industry, providing them with guidance around design aesthetics, balanced with technical recommendations in accordance with Australian Standards.
Charbel has proudly been a part of the design brief and supply of some of Australia’s most monumental and modern architectural buildings!
Robert - Director
Robert is one of Tile Touch’s co-founders and Directors.
With extensive online business experience, Roberts technical approach allows Tile Touch’s online store to operate effectively and efficiently. He is at the forefront of Tile Touch’s continuous website development and manages all aspects of online advertisement and promotions. Robert believes there is no such thing as ‘impossible’ and always manages to find a way to make our ideas come to life!
Rebecca - Sales & Marketing Executive
Rebecca is our sales and marketing genius! She is on the front-line of Tile Touch sales and service enquiries and always maintains a can-do attitude. In addition to her sales tasks, Rebecca also liaises directly with our freight colleagues to ensure a smooth delivery of customer orders and also often assists with website and social media content development.

Natasha - Digital Media Manager
Natasha is our guru for all things digital media!
From social media content, to our total website design, Natasha’s discerning eye has created the Tile Touch brand as it stands today!
She is a lover of Instagram and has managed to generate thousands of followers by way of her colourful and exciting tile content. She is also the person writing all of these biography’s so will remain humble when speaking about herself!
Our Guarantee
Tile Touch offer a 10 year warranty on all tile products. Our warranty document will be supplied upon purchase of our products.
What we offer
Tile Touch offer a clear online display of our large range of products. We give our customers the ability to upload an image of their working space and select a range of our products to view in the desired wall/ floor application. Tile Touch also offer 5 samples for $10 posted anywhere in Australia and refunded on purchase. When you are ready to place your order, we offer a flat rate delivery charge depending on your location in Australia.
Tile Touch has been established by experienced professionals in the Architecture and Design industry. Our tiles have been hand selected to satisfy the modern design demands. We know the importance of choosing the right tile for your space, so we have invested our efforts into ensuring we offer the right online tools to make it simple and easy to narrow down your search.
